The pictures that appear on the EnviFloors website are for reference only. We are not responsible for order(s) that do not match online images.
Please note that residential or non-dock deliveries are curbside only. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the freight terminal staff if the delivery location has limited access issues. All damaged claims must provide pictures showing the damage done and a signed proof of delivery clearly stating any damage and/or shortage. Damage and/ or shortage claims must be presented to us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do either of the above will result in your claim being denied by the carrier/shipper. Please contact the receiving party to make sure they are aware of this and act accordingly on your behalf.
In the event the product needs to be returned to us, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A non-negotiable 25% restocking fee is assessed for all returns. We only accept returns that are within 15 days of the delivery date.Refunds are given only if the product is in unopened boxes, in their original packaging and received in resalable condition.
