Ordering Samples Requirement: if you do not order a sample prior to placing an order for the product, a return request will be denied.

Please note that residential or non-dock deliveries are curbside only. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform the freight terminal staff if the delivery location has limited access issues. Any storage, re-delivery or re-routing fees will be charged back to the customer if the delivery could not take place due to complications arising from limited access.
All damaged claims must provide pictures showing the damage done and a signed proof of delivery clearly stating any damage and/or shortage. Damage and/ or shortage claims must be presented to us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do either of the above will result in your claim being denied by the carrier/shipper. We will not honor any claims denied by the carrier/shippers for the reasons above. The party signing for the shipment is responsible to you to properly receive the goods you purchased. Please contact the receiving party to make sure they are aware of this and act accordingly on your behalf.
In the event the product needs to be returned to us, the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A non-negotiable 25% restocking fee is assessed for all returns. We only accept returns that are within 15 days of the delivery date.Refunds are given only if the product is in unopened boxes, in their original packaging and received in resalable condition.
